Service availability, pricing, and offerings may change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the shop at the time of service.

Bookings and cancellations

Appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking provider (Booksy) or by contacting the shop directly. By booking, you also agree to the booking provider's terms.

We ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. Please cancel or reschedule in advance whenever possible so we can offer the slot to another client.

Payments

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods displayed at each shop.

Client conduct

We are committed to a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to staff or other clients.
